Nate’s Story
Nate was a former college football player, turned Gym Manager and Personal Trainer. He worked out 6 days a week, but had no education on nutrition. He started on his nutrition plan and lost 15 lbs in the first 2 months! He then went on to compete in an all natural body building competition and lost 26 lbs and 9.1% body fat. He learned that he could help more people with nutrition and get them better results. Helping people transform their bodies and gaining confidence is what he loves the most about his career as an Herbalife Coach.

Mollie’s Story
New Years 2011 Mollie decided that she wanted a different look and feel to her everyday. She signed up for her first marathon, hired a running coach, got her first gym membership & went “all in”! She quickly realized the proper fuel made runs more enjoyable and she engulfed herself in learning as much as she could about proper nutrition and what her body needed. About 6 months later she completed her first marathon and 3 months after that she walked into her first Nutrition Club! It only took one visit there to know this is what she wanted to do and have in her life forever. From there, she made daily small changes that cultivated into large, lifelong habits. She’s gone on to lose 22 pounds and 9% body fat. Her energy is up, but the most significant change has been in her digestive health. She’s way less bloated and that end of day “heavy” feeling is gone. She’s forever grateful for these products!
Mollie wants to also share: “I think it’s important to know, that I’ve been where you’ve been. I started at the same point as anyone else. Starving for a change, self conscious, my biggest hater & critic, uncomfortable in my clothes, (especially a swimsuit), changing clothes to find just one outfit I felt confident in, ate in private, struggled with my image, etc. I’ve been there, and I know the feelings & emotions that go along with all those things. All I wanted was to belong somewhere where I was celebrated & recognized at any, and every level of change and state I was in. So that’s what I strive to create now. To show everyone else who walks into our lives looking for a change, a community, encouragement and a give them a family of people who truly care about them. It’s constant work, and I’m constantly working on myself to be the best I can be — for myself & you.

What quirky like or dislike do you have? I hate when my sleeves get wet, I don’t like if my feet get wet in sandals! I’m a rule follower to my core.

What are your goals and aspirations? My goal in life is to empower women (& men) in any aspect I can. From giving them space to step into their strengths, to building a community who supports them, to showing them they can build the life of their dreams. I want to leave this earth having made a massive impact. What we do now is our vessel to do that. It may be nutrition on the surface, but it’s so much more than that. We change people’s lives - we see states change, smiles, growth, we see humans change the course of their lives. Not just by nutrition but, by the community we’ve built and by working harder on ourselves than anything else.
